I kinda promised myself not to share personal stuff into this, but since I've done it before why not do it again?
So December started off wonderfully. I had been a sick the entire week before and so had been given antibiotics.
Now, let's look into the world of medicine: If you suddenly -- BAM stop with antibiotics your immune system is gonna be left weakened. This meant I came down with a cold. Now, try and have a cold when the average room temperature is 10 - 16 degrees.
Not funny.
So I texted my co-ordinator and told her I was having this cold. The reason I tell my co-ordinator first rather than my hostess is because she has to basially monitor the lives of the students in her area. Failing to do so makes shit hit the fan between us.
Well, fans were later to be hit anyway as she replied - and I quote from memory: "Okay, you can no longer go to London and if you are sick tomorrow you will not be allowed to go home to Denmark"
The London trip was 10 DAYS LATER and her argument was that if I could not go to school now, I could not go to London in 10 days.
Needless to say I was pissed off.
Which I told her, although I tried to do it in the most polite way I could while being pushed towards the edge at 7 in the morning.
This failed and I was given a verbal warning with the office of my exchange program contacting me and everything.
Boy did I feel important!
Anyways, later on my co-ordinator had a face-to-face talk and we sorta got stuff sorted out. Before she came I was shitting lego bricks and my parents had contacted the office in Denmark who claimed my co-ordinator was making rules up. Just what I needed! :v
I suddenly got better, was granted permission to go to London when I told her I had no other chances of buying Christmas presents... Yes, even the shits of the Brits got a heart
Anyways, I got through this, went shopping, had a shitload of homework, went back for the holidays, came back with nothing done and here I am, just got home yesterday evening.
Lovely.

We are freinds now.

Quite a surprise for me, and yet... I'm always easy to surprise because I never expect the obvious. Anyways, just here to give a friendly hello.
